I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Jun 2018
Interview
Recruiter emailed and sent a schedule for a phone interview. The recruiter told me she was submitting it and someone would contact me for the Video montage scheduled Skype type interview. There were two people in two different locations in on the interview. There was a lag and so you would start talking and not realize until a sec later you were interrupting the interviewer.... totally awkward. I usually Do great in interviews and this was a disaster. By the way if that is not bad enough, during the interview someone from video montage interrupts the interview to ensure no technical difficulties are being experienced. Ugh.
Received an email to schedule an interview. Interview was easy and basically verified information on my resume and how that would assist me in the role. At the end of the meeting I was told that I would be contacted by the recruiter for an offer.
My interview process went smoothly and was conducted virtually in a timely manner. It's great when things flow well during such important moments. I felt confident at the end. I believe I got the letter the next day.
