In Depth with multiple three part questions. Three interviews in total for the position. Questions specific to leadership experience and the role itself. Timing was flexible. They asked follow up questions and encouraged I asked questions of them.

The interviewers could not get their interview software to work but it was working on my end. They ended up asking me to call them and it was a 10min conversation. I know how Humana operates and if technology does not work right you don’t get the job. Mine was working fine and I was not given a fair opportunity.

Interview
Extremely lengthy. I went through several interviews over the course of about 6 weeks. After the process, I received an offer. I countered because I felt the offer was extremely low for the role. Expecting them to either offer more, or say this is our best and final offer, I was prepared for both. Instead, they rescinded the offer altogether because I knew confidential information about the pay scale. It's called knowing the market value of a job!
