I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Humana in Jun 2013
Interview
Interviewed over the phone on a Friday and was called back 30 minutes later to schedule an "in-person" interview. I set it up for the following Wednesday. Met in person with 5 gentleman who were mostly Sales managers in their perspective regions. They asked questions about my experience with sales (which I had little of). They asked "would you have a problem with.." questions that pertained to details of the job. They also asked about my previous positions and what I thought about management, what would management say about me and what was my favorite/least favorite things about the job. Overall, I think they saw my confidence, drive and ability to transfer my current experiences into a career in sales. My background and degree is in social work and administrative type jobs..

Interview
When first offered the interview you get a initial screening by a recruiter who then relays your information to the sales manager. The sales manager will then have a couple of interviews and will end with a interview with the sales director before you are offered a position.
