Interview
Was sent an e-mail to schedule interview. Recruiter called at scheduled time. Recruiter went over the expectations and asked if I was able to meet criteria (background check, credit check, age, citizenship, etc.). Recruiter talked about base pay and commission+bonuses as perceived salary. Asked to verify information on resume, and asked the normal opened questions.

Generic interviews up to local management team. Local management team over sold and under delivered. Below management level positions - you are disposable - do not forget it. If you question anything it will be held against you.
