Had initial interview with the recruiter, she finished by saying how impressed she was and would get back to me in 48 hours regarding next steps.
It has now been over 3 weeks and I have sent multiple chase emails and heard absolutely nothing, not even a no or an expected timeframe.
Shows a complete lack of respect for the candidates time and experience and for a company who promotes their values and culture so highly, judging by both my experience and other reviews on here, they should have cause for concern.
I strongly urge the company to look at their communications during this and better manage expectations.
Entretien avec les ressources humaines puis un entretien avec le Hiring manager puis entretien avec le directeur général et enfin un panel avec le N+3, le hiring manager et le directeur general

Question 1
Comment vous arbordez un collaborateur qui sous performe?
I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Recruiter Screen,
1:1 with Hiring Manager,
Panel with Hiring Manager and Senior Leader,
30/60/90 Presentation
Rejected after meeting the hiring manager, but a feedback session was scheduled with clear and constructive reasons to work on. It's disappointing that this felt so unusual, but well done Hubspot for doing what others should.
Only criticism was that the interview was rigidly 7 questions, I understand the need for consistency, but the way it was structured with points interrupted on the basis they would be used again later made for a disjointed experience.
