kind of hard but doable just study for str interviews beforehand and figure out what sales managers find important and what are realistic quota attainments there .interviewer was nice but didn't seem like they were really paying attention or they were preoccupied.
Screening then with hiring manager typical cold call rehearsal, minimal pushback heavy emphasis on culture nothing exciting.
Overall the interview was a pleasant experience even though I declined in the end due to opposing offer

Multiple rounds. Very nice interviewers. Prepare a lot of STAR based answers to basic questions. They're mostly trying to get a feel for your personality and how well you can talk.
