I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot in Apr 2021
Interview
Received an email for the 1st round of interview a week after I applied, however this "interview" was a PRE-RECORDED video session where you will have ~45 seconds to read the question and you'll have 1-2 minutes to answer (depending on the question). No re-recording once that's done as well. Didn't get through the 2nd round and no interview feedback that the company claimed to provide due to the great number of applicants.
Ironically, I have read around that the company focuses alot on its people, helping them to grow and succeed etc but I was surprised that they could not take out 30 minutes of their time to have at least a virtual video call.
