I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Nov 2012
Interview
I applied through a friend who works here. I was contacted by a recruiting coordinator who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I had a phone screen with a manager who did a great job selling the position to me and made me positive I really wanted the role. I came in for 3 in person interviews over the course of a month or so and met with most of my current team as well as the manager and director.
The interview process was a little long but the team did a great job keeping me in the loop about how the process was moving along.
Quite many rounds of interviews with hiring manager and stakeholders/ managers from other teams. Entire interview process is seamless and virtual with no need to meet face to face/ in the office
