They engage the candidate very thoughtfully and clearly care a great deal to ensure there is a good fit on both sides. The main recruiter I worked with, Holly, was fantastic. Very professional, gave detailed feedback which was very appreciated, and was always available for any questions. The actual process was multi-faceted and very engaging. It included phone, video, in-person and also panel presentations. Overall Hubspot and its recruiting effort led by Holly were top-notch!
