Interview
I first had a 30 minute recruiter interview followed by an SQL assessment (take home, with ~1 week to complete at your leisure). The assessment wasn't too tough at all - they just wanted to make sure you understood how to write some basic SQL for senior level analytics. Once the SQL assessment was passed, I had an interview with the hiring manager which was about 45 minutes long.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make decisions or recommendations without having all the data you needed. How did you approach the situation?

Interview
A pretty positive interview experience. The recruiter was very helpful and flexible. The interview process itself was pretty long compared to peer companies but it was nice to receive feedback at the end. I highly recommend working with your recruiter to get advice for each interview loop.

1. Intro call 2. SQL -- pretty simple if you're familiar with joins and sub-queries 3. Take-home using dummy data -- this can take a while (depending on how many stat skills you're trying to show) 4. Final round consisting of 3 interviews: whiteboarding , stakeholder management, and operating independently.

Interview
The interview process was fine till the business case study round. In the business case study round I answered all the question and presented data for it but I was rejected due to personal bias as nothing was mentioned during Interview about the topics that came through as a feedback. The feedback for rejection was absurd and inaccurate. The next day I went and checked the role was no longer in LinkedIN, they could have simply said that they are going ahead with more qualified candidate
