Bdr role in dublin- Passed the recruiter screen and mock call and got to the final stage of the process, was well prepared by the recruiter with information for both of these rounds. The recruiter also prepared me well for my final stage of 3 30 minute interviews. Two of the senior managers gave me what I felt was a fair interview and stuck to the competencies and questions i had spent all week preparing for. However the hiring manager for my role decided to go off the format, questions and competency i had long prepared for, catching me off guard and then eventually rejecting me for the reason of- "I don't think your able to hit our daily activity targets", I assured her I had no problem with doing this as I do over 100 dials a day in my current role all via cold calling and book well over 25 meetings a month. Felt like it was more digging for negatives rather than looking for a good personality and culture fit. I left this process feeling frustrated and deflated, with no real lessons to take away, as all my preparation didn’t seem to help.
process was alright, interviewee was impatient and didn't try to see how my current bdr metrics were weighted differently than thier expectations, interviewee was a bid rude and judgy, felt like i couldve had better feedback on the cold call session.

Honestly, one of the most clear interview I had. They provide you with all the instructions and information and it is pretty straight forward. They give you exactly the questions they will ask and are detailed.

Question 1
They asked what you want to work in sales and what specifically drew you to apply to Hubspot?
the interview process was difficult as I got thrown heaps of objections and questions back to back but it is very normal in this industry. I should have prepared better and be ready to just fire out answers
