Interview
I should have read the Glassdoor reviews on this company first before applying. The interview process was disorganized and communications with their recruiting team were comically bad. They're not transparent about pay and falsely claim to pay competitively (I would ask competitive to what, because it's certainly not competitive amongst top tier companies in the broader tech world).
In both interviews, I experienced individuals talking over me while I was answering questions, not allowing me to respond fully, and frequently restating what I'd just said as the answer they're looking for when I had, in fact, just said that. The people involved in these interviews had zero interpersonal skills and should be kept off-camera, away from candidates, buried in their "analysis".

Question 1
The first screening interview was a high-level overview asking basic questions about data analysis and industry standards. The technical assessment was a two-part assessment (which they claim should take about three hours) looking for a summary analysis of two data sets.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hopper (New York, NY)
Interview
There were six rounds of interviews with individuals in different roles that are assigned to various areas of the department. The first interview was a screening interview with the individual hiring for the role and the subsequent interviews were with other individuals in the department.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why Hopper?
Tell me a time where you have implemented a system?
Started with a phone interview which was very basic questions about my experience and going over my resume. After that they sent a take home assignment. They provided a dataset and the question was very broad - "Find some insights with this data". I ended up withdrawing my interest in the role after hearing about other people's experiences after completing the assignment.
