Interview
There are 3 rounds- In first Round (Technical Round) two Immediate Superior will interview you. In second round (Management Skill) two Sr. Management Persons will take interview and in Third round (HR) HR person will take interview and compensation negotiation.

Question 1
For Technical- Need to prepare Aeronautical Ground Lighting by using the Civil Aviation Requirements and ICAO.
For Management- How will you connivence your subordinates to work properly and timely with Quality.
