Most was done through Microsoft teams, they sent me an email after a video interview where I had to record myself answering some prompt questions where they asked about my leadership experiences, difficulties in other projects, my projects, and my proudest achievements

Interview
Two levels of interview. One with Tech leads and one with manager. Asked some basic coding questions. Verification related questions. DO178 guidelines. How to find the test inputs . Asked more details on resume
The interview was good and it was one on one interview with a hiring manager . They asked about Programming language questions to solve and then projects which i have done previously. they gave me time to explain and recover.
