HR rep reached out via email. She sent a questionnaire with simple questions like "why Honeywell? and "salary expectation". I was asked to rate my knowledge of some computer software.
I was also asked to pick a 30 min slot to meet with a hiring manager. Before the interview I had to fill out an assessment test.
The interview itself was about 30 mins - the manager I spoke to was very courteous, intelligent, and knew his stuff. The conversation with him put me at ease.
