I applied through university. I interviewed at Honeywell (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2020
Interview
Awful experience. The woman interviewing was very racist. They were both very rude. I had prepared very well for this and have tons of leadership experience. They left in the middle of the interview to go get water and were not even listening to what I had to say. They would randomly turn off their camera in the middle of the interview and it was obvious they had no intent of even offering me the position because of their behavior.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honeywell (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was invited to a Zoom interview hosted by 2 people. The interviewers were not very welcoming to be honest. They went straight into their questions and didn't react to any answers so it wasn't conversational at all in my experience. However, the questions they asked were pretty typical aside from one technical question at the end, so it wasn't too
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
First round was fairly simple. They asked one technical question and the interviewer was kind. I would recommend emphasizing your long term goals and knowiing why you would like to participate in the program

Interview
Great process, interviewers were extremely nice, and they were enthusiastic throughout the entire interview process. Questions were rather basic, mostly about behavioral, previous experiences with work, and projects you worked on.
