Interview
Things moved very quickly. I was contacted by a recruiter in mid June, phone screen by hiring manager the following week. Brought on-site a week later for interviews with the current manager, phone interviews the week after with stakeholders and final interviews the week after that with Sr. leadership.

Very basic interviews, situational, behavioral, and some work associations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell in Mar 2019
Interview
Complicated and confusing - there are multiple levels and the interviews were nothing about the job for which I was applying. There was a point where I had 48 hours to complete a video interview, which is different than the system into which you have to sign in.

What do you bring to the company in the position you are interviewing for?
Honeywell is horrible. They try to find the yes person and get them involved in shady things. Stay away from here. Please do yourself a favor. Don't look twice at this place or these people.
