it was an Audio panel interview that involved 5 members of different teams. They went through my resume and went through the companies values and asked me times in which I shared their values.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Albuquerque, NM) in Nov 2012
Interview
I did a 30 minute 1-to-1 job fair interview with an engineer from a different company site than the one I was applying. That was followed by a 30 minute phone interview with several engineers from the site I would be working for. Most questions were behavioral questions, and some questions about my long-term plans. They spent time describing the work the site does and the team I would be working for. There was no on-site visit (I did not request one and it was not offered).
