Its 2 interviews .. one with the hiring manager and the other one with the HR . Both were ok and the process was pretty easy. The hiring manager is so experienced and may ask you for situations where you have to say what will you do of you were in this scenario.

They ask generally a out your expereince and how your qualifications will add to the organization.

Interview
1st round HR phone call, 2nd round Senior Manager and HR head, they ask some questions based on your CV and presentation for a case study.
You also need to complete an assessment online.

Question 1
Sales experience sharing and the difficulties I encountered.
Very bad experience because of lack of clarity other on the JD.Total waste of time and energy .Created bad impression on the company just because of the employees . Upon reflection, it's become clear that we could have been more transparent about the job requirements. Created confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. In the future, do ensure to provide clearer job descriptions to avoid wasting candidates' time.
