Phone interview followed by Group interview which lasted 1.5 hours and he d a range of exercises such as a debate, selling something pulled out of a hat, and creating your own sales script

Had a phone conversation first, then had a zoom interview which I did a role play with a script and finally was a assessment day. The assessment day was easy and hard at the same time. It was a group interview but the guys who interviewed me was really nice. Thinking on the spot is really tough and in front of people you have not met is always hard but we had a break and I got along with everyone.
