Very warming and gave me a feeling of are you ready for your life to change and it 100% did. They asked how much money I was looking for and how much time or I need and all were answered within the first seven months of employment.

Basic questions on my job history. Described pay and how it works. Impeding issue I saw with the pay was they lack trust in people making it appear they help you when they simply withhold earnings. Saving should be the responsibility of the earner. If they cannot hire responsible reps, then there’s an issue in itself. Hours discussed were 9-7 M-F and Sat 9-2. Was mentioned however they offer a great work to life balance. At those hours, I found that to be funny.
