Easy group interview process with two of the hiring managers and around 30 people. Very simple questions that you can give any answer to so long as its said confidently and justifiable.

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
I submitted my application online and picked a date for an interview 3 days later. I did some research on what to wear and about the company (being my first actual interview... my previous job found me). It was super easy though, I wore Hollister clothing (cardigan, drapey tank, hco jeans, natural makeup), showed up about 10 minutes early and asked for the hiring manager saying I had an interview. The interview was really easy, just be confident and answer questions and ask them a question when they ask if you have any! Even if you don't ask like what is they're favorite part about working there or something! I got offered Impact or Model (I have gauges and a tattoo so I was nervous!) But I got a call back on Tuesday and got hired right then after interviewing on Friday, I was hired as Model but I think they have me doing a lot of impact duties that are on the sales floor because they were needing a bit of both.
Very easy interview process, the company is looking for trustworthy individuals who just want to have fun and are hard working. Managers are out going and know how to get you out of your shell

They care about how you look the most. Make sure to show up looking fresh faced like a California girl. Don't wear too much makeup, that is also a rule.
