    Pros

    Flexible hours
Young group of people to work with (fun)
    Casual environment

    Cons

    Not enough hours
Management keeps hiring employees but rarely gives them any hours. But gives a few people they favor daily shifts.

I worked at Hollister Co. full-time

    Pros

    - easy hours
    - great colleagues
    - lots of independence
    - easy responsibilities for young student, or recently graduated student
    - great management training program, sometimes tedious. But something to be said fort them having it at all.

    Cons

    - company culture is concerning (very strongly based on appearance)
    - room to move up to Manager, but not much further than that

I worked at Hollister Co. part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers and management were very easy going and fun to be around for the most part. Amazing flexibility made this a perfect first job during high school

    Cons

Employee discount wasn't that great except for AAAs. Turnover at my location was very high for both management and employees, most people, myself included, only worked there for around a year

I worked at Hollister Co. part-time

    Pros

    - Pretty easy, standard work
    - Easy going environment

    Cons

    - Scheduling method is ridiculous. They mass hire weekly, give each new employee one shift and if they aren't amazing on their first day, they never really get scheduled again. Either that, or they're only given on-calls.
    - Appearance is superior to qualifications
    - Employee discount is I think 30% (from what I remember) on select items only. Every other item is 15% (this policy may have changed over time)
    - Managers show favouritism explicitly
    - No training (e.g. they are very particular on the folding techniques but do not tell you how they expect each item to be folded)

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring twice a week and just give your existing employees more hours! Also do not belittle your employees when they do something wrong, train and educate them instead.
