Interview
Went in thinking it would be a one-on-one interview but it turned out to be a group interview. I wasn't warned beforehand, which turned out to be fine, but I do think that is important to mention. I was with about 5 other candidates—all who were 2-4 years younger than me at the time. It wasn't in a private room either, but kind of in the middle of the store, where there are usually couches and chairs set up.
Very easy interview process, the company is looking for trustworthy individuals who just want to have fun and are hard working. Managers are out going and know how to get you out of your shell

They care about how you look the most. Make sure to show up looking fresh faced like a California girl. Don't wear too much makeup, that is also a rule.
