Interview
I faced interview with honorable executive chef Jesus nino. First of all, he asked me about myself, about passion, why choosing this profession, some cooking related question and many more. I feel very confidence about the interview session and gave comfortable answer. Ex chef is to much humble and give me some motivated advices how to become a good chef and serve the world. Its really a mesmerizing moment for me.
It was via a phone call. I was asked about my experience as a commis and also my responsibilities as a commis 3 in the previous place I worked. As a commis 3, my responsibilities was washing and cutting of vegetables, to bring tock from store and restocked. Also assist the chef is preparation of food. I work only in the hot kitchen.
