I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hilton (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2021
Interview
Went to a hiring event with zero experience, spoke to the director and was offered the job on the spot. None of their promises were kept.
I wanted to think it through so I reached out a couple days later and accepted the job, I was immediately called to HR to sign all the paperwork and to get fitted for my uniform. I was told I would start on a certain day and they changed it twice without telling me.
The interview process was quick and transparent. I went through an online interview before being invited in for an in person interview. Although I was not hired, the process was easy and everybody in the process was very professional.
