Interview process with several senior members of company. Process was a series of one-on-two interviews with senior members of company along with fellow peers from other properties. Interview did not include a drug test - although have had that in previous interview processes. Interview although was thorough, was in a relaxed atmosphere. Most centered around my processes and how I would take what I used at other places to use at this place.
The interview process is a multiple stage process for hiring new employees.The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on- one, with a group of candidates,or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person,over the phone or by email,or via video conferencing tools.
