The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hilton
Interview
Very long process. Hiring manager/decision maker had busy travel schedule and recruiter often didn't have update. Hiring manager told me I would come back for group interview. Over a month went by and that group interview never happened. Recruiter called and told me moving in another direction - ultimately was filled with internal employee.

Question 1
Assuming you get the job, and we are sitting here at your 1 year review, what will that look like? What will you have accomplished?
Overall, I had mixed feelings about the interview process. Initially, everything seemed to be going very well, but the process ultimately stretched across five months and 10 rounds of interviews. Everyone I met was pleasant and professional, though it often felt unclear what the team was truly looking for. Midway through the process, the role was paused for about a month while they reconfigured the position.
In total, I completed five rounds over roughly three months, followed by a pause, and then was flown across the country for an additional five in-person interviews. At that stage, it understandably felt like things were moving toward an offer, so it was disappointing not to move forward after such an extensive process and travel commitment.
From my perspective, the department also appeared to be undergoing a fair amount of transition, including leadership changes within the marketing organization. For anyone considering a marketing role there, it’s worth being aware that the team structure and direction may still be evolving.
There are four rounds of interview with the Human Resource personnel, direct reporting officer, and the two levels above. On the second interview with the direct reporting officer, there was a case study to be worked on for presentation.
A very impersonal, tick box procedure. Being so procedural it really removed any enthusiasm or interest I'd had for the role. One interviewer, one HR representative circling score levels. All enough to say the culture would not be for me.

Question 1
STAR based questions, all quite surface related to people and work style and very little regarding experience. Felt little desire to get involved.
