The interview process was very straight forward it included need for references. There was a phone interview when submitting the resume and then a face to face with the manager of the department along with HR coordinator.

The hiring manager will ask about your past experience, if you have experience with hospitality and availability on the job position. Why did you choose Hilton. Why did you choose the position.

met with the manager and had a one on one interview and was hired on the spot. She asked basic questions and it was a very relaxed interview experience and not stressful at all.
