I need to show my work portfolio and tells about me, how I work, my work experiences, what I can contribute to the company and what is my expected salary. I need to know what they want from graphic designer, how they work, the company objectives and what benefit I get if I get accepted to work with them.

Initial phone screen with a recruiter, then a second round with a couple individuals on the direct team I would be working on, and a final interview with an Art Director. All virtual.

If I came over to your desk and you weren't there, what would your coworkers be saying about you?
If a deadline was approaching and you needed more time to create your designs and make them the best they possibly can be, would you ask for more time? If so, how would you go about asking?
