First interview with regional HR Second interview with head of country, GM, head of mkt and/or local head of hr Final assessment day, there are 4 cases: self pitching, 1hr case, group discussion and role play … very stressful but I enjoyed with the overall process

Normal question but most important is they try to reflect that your vision of yourself are matching with the position or not … you should have the leadership skill and pursue opportunity to work internationally
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.

Interview
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
