Whem to a group dinamic. They didint call no the interview. They gave us a case to solve all together, and the lady from hilti was taking note while we were solving it.

Question 1
There were no question, just 10 person talking to each other to reach a solution to the case they presented to us.
First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
