I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hilti Group
Interview
Around 7 rounds and lasts for 4 months. After cv screening, there's an online video recording interview. Then a general interview with hr. Afterwards an online test and a business case analysis. Interview with regional hr. The last round was with hr and various people in management.
