There was a total of 4 interviews for this particular position. The first was a preliminarily phone interview with the recruiter. The team quickly got back to the recruiter to schedule a zoom interview with the managing partners. That same day another zoom interview was scheduled for me to meet with the staff for an assessment, later that week. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview with the entire team. The entire process took about 3 weeks. This was the most streamlined process I have ever been through

A phone interview was scheduled about a week after I applied online. The talent acquisition manager who interviewed me from Hightower was very friendly. The partners then scheduled an in-person interview at their office a few weeks later. They then scheduled a follow-up interview at their office where I was asked a few more questions and then offered the position.
