Great interview experience. It is a 2-tier interview where the technical and aptitude interview in one round and the other is HR round.Though it is prolonged, they access applicant's logical, technical and aptitude skills.

Question 1
Two different sand timers of one with 5 secs and 12 secs respectively, Asked to estimate 10 secs using those 2 sand timers.

The interview consisted of 1 Technical Round, where they evaluated my technical skills, communication skills, and logical reasoning. Some people were asked to come for the 2nd Technical/Managerial Round, if the interviewer was not fully satisfied with their interview, but thought they might perform better if given a chance.
