There are an initial phone interview with the Talent Manager. He asked a lot of questions about my work ethic and what kind of programs/software I was familiar with. Another phone interview after that, he had more specific questions. The on site interview started with meeting the Talent Manager, then proceeding to a 2 on 1 interview with the team manager. It was relatively casual and a friendly process.
