Interview
Very round robin style interviews with company upper management. The experience was very challenging and some what intimating because you interview with the district VP and operations managers they ask a lot of questions about your work experience and your personality to see if you are a company fit.

Interview
Round Robin type interviews. So mentally prepare to do about 4~5 interviews over a few hours. Some interviewers felt almost identical but some really wanted to get to know you and hear your career story.
I attended the career fair and was able to secure a next-day interview. I had an hour-long interview where I was asked questions about myself and my experience, and I was able to ask multiple questions.

Good during process but, not good communication on a yes or no. This is not a good sign. Didn't bother to give me a generic sorry we won't be pursuing you.
