Why did your grades slip in 2nd year of university?
Informal meeting in a conference room with casual conversation and an introduction to a few local engineers on the floor who were in the mechanical field. Nothing gruelling but I think it depends on who your interviewer is.
It was a 2 step video interview process back in 2022. Very professional and good process. The team was knowledgeable and punctual and got back to me in a timely manner.

It. Really depends on the group you are applying for, different group has its own interview procedures. I’ve been interviewed for one position when the interview involves the entire team you are gonna work with, and each team member will take turns to interview you and ask technical questions. But Also positions which had two rounds of interview but not technical related at all.
