I applied online. I interviewed at Hatch (Dorking, England)
Phone interview with recruiter, very informal, given more information about the role and the company as well as the in person interview face to face. The phone interview was a half an hour chat to find out more about me

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Mississauga, ON
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hatch (Mississauga, ON)
The hour long interview started by going through my resume in detail, which is always great, but I found I was asked very specific questions so make sure to know your stuff! Some typical behavioral questions were also thrown in throughout that such as "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" and "What was your favorite and least favorite university course?" Afterwards, I was asked technical design questions related to the position. As a new grad, I've never been asked questions like this in an interview so I was thrown off. The difficulty of this portion seems to be unlike most other Hatch interviews. However, if I was less nervous, it would have been a great way to demonstrate my knowledge of the position! Despite not getting an offer, I learned a lot from this process!
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Communication was very poor throughout the process. Had an interview and was told I would hear back in 2 weeks only to be ghosted and phone calls ignored. Received an email being denied a week after I called asking the outcome of the application or just a simple update.

Two interviews. They have thorough and good questions and would ask you about your work experiences. I received an interview invite around a week or two after I applied so it seems that their need is urgent.

Was contacted 15 days after applying online, by email. They wanted to schedule a 45 min interview for the next week. After giving my availability I was given a Plum assessment to complete before the interview.
