I sent in my application online. I would recommend spending as much time as possible on this. The application also contains questions regarding your background, motivation etc. Hatch receives hundreds if not thousands of applications online so be sure to make yours stand out by putting in the extra effort. I received a call after submitting my application online to schedule and interview. The interview was with an HR adviser from Hatch. The interview questions asked were quite general: - Tell me about yourself - Why Hatch? - Are you are leader or a follower? Give examples where you did both. - Tell us a bit about your family. - Where would you prefer to work? (willing to re-locate) - How would your mother describe you? - How would your father describe? - How have you dealt with conflict in the past? After the interview, the final step is an assessment. This is a psychometric test, you can practice them before hand by searching for them online.
