Hashworks interview questions

Interview was done by a lead and a manager. Manager would be asking the questions mostly. I didn't feel they are very knowledgeable and working there would not be a good idea too. Felt like they are following outdated approaches in interviewing creative people. Manager can get emotional of your answers challenge their views. Overall a negative experience.

the first round will be telephonic. Second and third will be technical round by lead and manager. They delayed giving offer later. need to follow up many times. It would be better asking the salary structure before attending the interview. It is a start up comapny.
