Harper interview questions

Applied August 4th and received an invite to schedule a phone screen the next day. Phone screen - August 11th Passed the phone screen Was told that I should receive an invitation to schedule the next interview with the Hiring Manager within a day or two Recruiter must have forgotten about me because I had to send a follow up email on August 18th regarding my application. Received an invitation to schedule the next step the same day. Which I scheduled for August 22nd Hiring Manager: Meeting was cancelled 2 days before interview and rescheduled for the following Friday even with me having availability the entire week. (Starting to notice a pattern of interviews for this role are always on Fridays) With the meeting scheduled for August 29th I received an email on August 27th saying that the role had been filled internally. Overall experience it feels like the end result was the intention all along but if giving the benefit of doubt then there are serious communication issues happening with the hiring team.
