Hiring manager was scared that i would take over her job with time. She had some not related to job degree, very shallow and incompetent. Horrible. She refused all good candidates for a month and still looking until she finds someone dumber than her so she wouldn't be threatened by smart great people.

Interview
I sent my resume and got a call within a few days from a screener. We talked for about 20 minutes and had a good conversation about the role and my qualifications. He set up a phone meeting for me and the executive who would be making the hiring decision. That call took place the following week. We spoke for 45 minutes and the meeting went well. I followed up with an email and he replied that he enjoyed our conversation and that he would be in touch soon with next steps. I never heard from him again, and then several months later saw a slightly different job description re-posted.
