Really liked the manager that I interviewed with but they had the person that would be my direct report and she was not happy to meet me. Mentioned several times I was over qualified.

Interviewed with multiple people in 2 hours. They asked good questions and explained the company and job description well. We also had great conversation to get to know each other a little bit. Offer was presented within a few days.
The interview process went smooth, and the interviewers were kind and respectful. The interview itself felt more conversational, and I was asked more behavioral questions rather than technical questions. They were interested in learning about my current experience.
