After pushing the call back at the very last minute and shortening our time, the hiring manager refused to tell me anything about the role, provide any introduction, or give any background on themselves or the team. They tried to jump right into behavioral interview questions, which felt slightly inconsiderate on the first screen, given the circumstances. Then I waited weeks to hear back on a 30-minute phone screen and had to ask twice before finally getting a generic template response from the recruiter. I know there are good people there, and it's a good company, but my experience was pretty off-putting.
