Interview
Initial high-level phone conversation followed by two on-sites (spaced out by a few days). On-site conversations mostly covered management but there were one or two technical sessions focused on architecture and design (no coding).

I applied online and then was reached out to submit my availability for a phone call in their system. The email I received was from a no reply email address. I submitted my availability 3 times and never heard back. Very disappointing and bad process!
