Before any interview I was sent a long questionnaire to "simplify the process." Part of that is fishing for your salary expectations and why you're interested in the role. The rest can be found on most resumes.
Phone interview with internal recruiter was the first step after the questionnaire which was just under a half hour. Next steps were supposed to be a panel interview with project management team, and final interview with a presentation on any topic for the team to understand presentation style.
However, the recruiter stated they'd get back to me by a certain day and ghosted. I followed up by email and got nothing back, just straight up ghosted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Haemonetics in Aug 2023
Interview
After applying, the recruiter sent a large list of questions to "move the process forward more quickly" for candidates. I spent hours curating every response and sent it back. They never provided feedback till this day. Its apparent they have a bad culture and don't value their candidates or employees' time. I was hesitant to provide them this one-sided interview and definitely regret spending a second doing so. Never again.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Haemonetics (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Over the phone, lasted about 15 minutes. They asked about several items - both personal and related to my prior experience in managing multiple projects, as well as healthcare industry background. The person interviewing was not very interested and might have already made up his mind prior to the interview.. and to me it was an indication that the interview was just a formality.
