It was a Phone interview with a former co worker. THere was a similar interview the year prior for a different position which did not materialize. The interview was informal since I had a history with the hiring manager.
Recruitment agency will contact based on screening of resume and job description mostly ask behaviour questions. Second round with hiring manager and a senior technical person , this round consists of technical questions, mostly this is the final round

Its very slow process.. takes more than months. I recommend them to improvise on the pace. Face to face interviews happened almost 20 days after the telephonic round. please try to improve the interview process overall. .
