Relatively lengthy, with quite thorough interviews, but very fun. Technical interview and strength-based interviews, with different people at the bank. Very friendly, and constructive. Quite a few hypothetical scenarios, as well as a few creative thinking questions too.
Applied online for a graduate programme for Transformation Services. After submitting application there was a pre-recorded video interview and online assessments. Sections on data analysis and how you approach situations at work.
At first there was an application and then an immersive assessment. Next, there was a job simulation assessment. In this assessment were two video recording questions, a question in which you summarised some information in an email, and some questions in which you would drag answers into an order which most fitted your personality.
