Applied online, invited for an interview (45mins). Interviewer was nice and explained about the bank's culture, the various departments and where does the specific department fit in the grand scheme of things.

Run through the resume with regards to interest and previous work experience. Conflict management in different manner; external vs internal.
Pretty easy, only a round of VI, manager interview and that is it. About the manager interview is more about culture fit instead of technical questions. They want to see if you can fit in the team or not.

The outcome of video interview was confusing, firstly received invitation for later stage, then all of the sudden another email came through saying that I was rejected. Very disappointing, but this is indeed a great company though, will definitely try again this year.
